Classic Sleek Electric Tea Kettle with heat set

I am very pleased with this electric kettle. It has replaced a stainless steel body kettle (also electric) that I owned for over 10 years. I was a little concerned about the glass body---holding up and water spots/stains from use. So far, it is working great-- a quick rinse out after use seems to clear up water marks. Every 2-3rd use, I put a small amount of vinegar in 1/4 cup of water and let it sit on the bottom to clean up any mineral sedimentation. The "Keep Warm" bottom is appreciated. Took me a couple times to learn how to set it---but now I have it down. Also enjoy the dial that sets water temperature. Looks well sitting on the counter -- Sleek and modern. Would purchase again--- hope this will hold up for 10 years.

My Favorite Electric Tea Kettle

This was on sale for a great price. I had bought a more expensive one that wasn't as nice. I like the glass so I can see how strong the tea is. It is very easy to use and heats up really fast. You can select any temp, and you can choose "stay warm" for up to 2 hours. It has a mute option if you don't want to hear the beeping. You can remove the whole top so your hand will fit inside to clean off tea stains. It's perfect for me.
