I have been using this pre-workout for over a year. It gives me enough energy and focused to do a workout or even complete tasks around the house. I love the taste and that it has amino acids. I never get jittery from it like other pre-workouts I have tired. The only thing I didn't like is that one of the ingredients is surculose which I have found not to be healthy.

My husband and I have been adding this to our morning smoothies for about 6 months now and we absolutely love it. It gives you a boost without a crash or jitters. It's also sweetened and has a bit of a sour kick and that's a nice addition to ease some of the taste of other powders we add. I highly recommend it. It's also great if you're in a hurry and just wanna shake it up in your water bottle and drink it on the go by itself.
