This biofreeze is the best thing that was created. I have had a full knee replacement in 2929. I feel %26 this wasn't my first time using it. My knee doctor first use it %26 it works well w/a heating pad %26 cold pack. Definitely recommend . I like the cream over the gel in a tube bc u get more fir ur money so I bought a set online from Walmart m. Good, %26 it works.
