My hair is thick and coarse and generally healthy. I damaged it this summer. It was brittle and breaking. K18 hair mask saved my hair. I've used it 4 times consecutively so far. I do use a regular hair conditioner after the 4 minutes of the hair mask. I've noticed my hair is stronger and healthier after each use. I'm going to continue to use it with each wash till the bottle is empty and then continue using it but just once a month or so because it isn't cheap. But it's worth it. It works.
