The seller was trying to be slick. Advertised Aphogee protein treatment but sent in something else. This particular order comes in a set but the seller switched out the protein treatment for conditioner instead. Terrible trick.

I received my cosmetic cream in a box that was opened, and possibly used. Elemis creams in jars are protected with a cellophane wrap around the box. The box I received did not have the wrapping, and when I opened it, there was no seal on the jar. The FDA prohibits resell of used cosmetic items. Health %26 Safety: Used makeup can harbor bacteria, making it unsafe and potentially harmful. FDA Regulations: The FDA prohibits selling adulterated (unsafe, contaminated) or misbranded (incorrectly labeled) cosmetics, which used items often are. Platform Policies: Many marketplaces like eBay and Whatnot explicitly ban used or opened cosmetics, requiring them to be new or unused. I would think Walmart would ensure this! Brand Reputation: Selling compromised products can damage a brand's image.

Expecting new product and it comes with a try me sticker on it

I never received this product, not sure what happened. I ordered several things and it said it came in on 1-16-2026, but never arrived. I did receive the Can Opener, %26 bag was ripped open, but I continued to look for my Products all day. I looked in my mailbox and all around mailbox my front steps, all over the carport and NOTHING. I did get a picture of the bag with the can opener and it showed it on my steps. But still NO TIGI Bed Head Manipulator Texture Paste 2 oz. 2 Pack. Now I am told I cannot get reimbursed for what I DID NOT GET. Please Help me. I really like this Product and NOW HAVE NOTHING. Please help me with this situation. I am 77 years old and am trying to keep up with my life. Thank you in advance for recognizing my situation.
