Much too much thiamin and riboflavin, not toxic
Humungous percentages of RDA of thiamin and riboflavin. You usually see this with B12, because strict vegans have no dietary source for it, but the B12 was only 625 percent of the RDA, far less. I looked the first two vitamins up, and there is no known toxicity level, any excess is excreted in your urine, but I did not see the point of the issue. Thiamin is 8,333% of the RDA.
