Shipping error and poor communication from support

They sent me two, one was damaged on arrival. I asked to return both of them, and they wanted me to pay shipping for both of them, and also would charge a restocking fee, meaning I would be out my money and all parts. Didn't make sense in communications and the customer service was difficult to talk with.
