Very tasty, excellent instant Mashed Potatoes!

I have cooked all my life and never ever used instant potatoes, however, I wanted to try them today for Thanksgiving because I had so many other side dishes that I thought by using the instant it would help. I was so amazed with the taste of these potatoes and how quick it takes to make them. They were great and my Husband, (Who is always used to home made Mashed Potatoes) said he liked them a lot. I think these Instant Potatoes will now be a staple in my pantry.

If you've never tasted instant mashed potatoes, they are shockingly good. I very much love homemade mashed potatoes but instant potatoes make a very good and easy substitute and they're not terribly high in calories and fat. It's a good comfort food substitute for a pint of ice cream :)

Before Easter 2025 I never knew these existed. I went to an Easter dinner and I tried them, they are now my fav. I highly recommend trying them if you like buttery potatoes. You don't need to add extra butter or salt, they are perfect the way they are.
