it works for me

I consumed a whole bottle, i think it did help with my acne problem (mainly growth near my jawline & chin). After that i ordered the second bottle, but very soon i stop taking the pills because i think it's time to stop and see if the acne come back. Its now over half year or more since i stop using , I am fine so i really think it works. I only took a pill every day, if more dosage I would have headache.

Great Product / Price

I was looking for the best cost/quantity of DIM so I can supplement it continuously without burning a hole through my pocket, while also getting good quality ingredient. I'm glad this brand offers so many capsules at this price, which trumps all other products I currently have access to. I personally take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening (dosage = 200 mg in total; I think DIM works for a period of 12 hours), so this is easy 3 month supply at a very decent cost. I take it to optimize my estradiol and free testosterone. The only thing is that the capsules' sizing is bigger than others I've taken, but for me, that's not an issue at all. Delivery was fast and without any issues.

Just what I wanted

This supplement is hard to find in my country. I was glad to find it on iherb. I have been taking one a day, for almost a month now. I wouldn't say I have soon super clear results yet, I do think my energy and mood fluctuations during this cycle have been less intense, so I will continue taking it.
