For Food Safety & Quality Follow These Instructions Carefully: Microwave Cooking Instructions: Microwave ovens vary - adjust cooking times as needed to reach 165 degrees F. cook 1 product at a time. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers. Reheat before serving. 1. Remove tray from box. 2. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. 3. Peel film back and stir thoroughly. Replace film on tray and microwave again for 3 to 4 minutes. 4. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes. (Stand time is important for food safety) Remove film, stir and serve. Caution: Contents will be hot. Microwave directions developed with 1000 watt microwave ovens. Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking times accordingly. For microwave ovens less than 1000 watts, please use oven instructions. Conventional Oven Cooking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F; 2. Cut 1 -inch slit in center of film; 3. Place tray on baking sheet on middle oven rack. Cook for 45 to 50 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking; 4. Carefully remove baking sheet with tray from oven; let stand for 1 to 2 minutes. (Stand time is important for food safety) 5. Stir and serve. Caution! Contents are hot handle with care. Tastes exactly as it should: Cauliflower
When I purchased this, I KNEW that I was buying CAULIFLOWER.... I'm not sure why everyone is complaining that this doesn't taste like mashed potatoes. It's not supposed to! I think BirdsEye did a bang up job on this! Flavor is spot on; although I did cook for a total of 10 minutes/1k Watts. I let it sit for 2, then stirred. It was not too salty, and not too bland. It was a good change from regular Cauliflower; although, this does taste like overcooked Cauliflower - it is very soft (which I personally like). Sure, you could jazz it up with spices and toppings - but that almost defeats the purpose. I really liked it and would buy again if on sale.

Love it, but a little pricy
Love their frozen mashed cauliflower. Great substitute if you don't want the carbs from mashed potatoes and need a quick, healthier option. It is easier to pop in the microwave or oven for a quick meal/snack. My family loves it. They love to add some sour cream to make it creamier. It is pricey for a small amount though.
