Waiting for the rest of my order or a refund.

$33.00 was taken out of my bank on January 11, 2023 and all I received was 1 case of Poland Spring when 5 were ordered. Contacted an agent by phone who claimed I'd receive a credit in a couple of days that didn't happen. Emailed to their site the problem a couple of days ago and haven't gotten a response. So now what do I do? Just enrolled as a member and started to enjoy using the app on trial bases and wanted to spend the $98.00 for the coming year but now I have my doubts. The communication isn't good and and as popular as Walmart is, they need to fix it.
