A Great Seasoning For Chicken and Pork

"Famous Dave" makes many great products. They are slightly expensive, but some stores sell this rub/seasoning cheaper than others. I love making my own Fried Chicken Wings. I add this to the flour mixture and it gives the wings a little "zing" without being super hot. I also use it for a rub when I cook spare ribs. It makes your ribs super tasty.

Great flavor on grilled or baked chicken. Easy to use in all kinds of dishes and have used on pork chops as well and taste good. I recommend giving this seasoning a try, this is one of our favorites.
