A Great Seasoning For Chicken and Pork

"Famous Dave" makes many great products. They are slightly expensive, but some stores sell this rub/seasoning cheaper than others. I love making my own Fried Chicken Wings. I add this to the flour mixture and it gives the wings a little "zing" without being super hot. I also use it for a rub when I cook spare ribs. It makes your ribs super tasty.

I have only used this once but I absolutely loved it. I will never cook chicken without it again. This is a must in any kitchen. I intend to try the one for Burgers and Steak also.
