Magnesium Supplement

I had calf and feet cramps ant night and I noticed sometimes a magnesium supplement can help from reviews I’ve read. I guess I’ve taken these about 3 weeks and they are really helping after my heart surgery. I spoke with my cardiologist and I will be tested for levels to see what specific type I need in another week or so. I’m pleased with these so far.

Magical! Absolutely works 200 percent!!!!

I wasn’t g expecting this to work as well as it has!! I was desperate. I do not sleep and my neuropathy is so painful that I cannot function! I can hardly walk to the restroom etc. so when this came, I was going through some stuff where my anxiety was through the roof. Well about an hour or so after I took one my entire body relaxed. Like I had just taken some high powered anxiety medication. I couldn’t believe it! Plus I have slept like a baby since I took my first one. I NEVER sleep no matter what I get maybe 2 hours a night total. Until this amazing magnesium supplement. Also, my neuropathy is absolutely bearable. I can play with the grandkids an can take care of household things that I haven’t been able to do at all. I’m forever grateful for this!! And am hoping that it continues to help me! No gabapentin or any other thing that I’ve been prescribed the last several years have helped. Thank you so much Qunol!! You got to try this yall!! I’m telling you it is magic! I spent a while night researching vitamin deficiencies and all that. And read about all the different kinds of mag. Thank you so much!! I have happy tears and my grandkids and pup are thrilled because I can do so much more that I haven’t been able to!!
