Amazing potting mix for outdoor plants!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Moisture Control Potting Mix from Miracle-Gro was fantastic for repotting my strawberry plant! I really liked how the mix mostly consists of sphagnum peat moss and a good amount of perlite for aeration. This kept the soil from compacting too much in the container and allowed the soil to be light and airy. Using it outdoors, the soil retained moisture very well, while not being too wet. The top layer of soil was able to dry over a few days, letting me know it wasn't being too moist all the time. My strawberry plant is doing very well after repotting. I highly recommend this for container plants!

No match for AZ desert!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gardening of any kind in Arizona can be so difficult. The ground is usually super dry, compact, we don't get much rain and the rain we do get doesn't stick around long. But this is a game changer. I'm able to garden and not have to water twice a day, only once a day. The soil holds moisture so well. It feels and looks very nutrient dense. You can tell it's good quality. And the price just can't be beat. If you're a gardener, especially if you live in a hot dry climate this is your new best friend. Happy gardening!

Great soil for retaining moisture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dirt is easy to use and helps retain the right amount of water my plants need and also doesn't retain too much. It seems to absorb more water than other dirt I was previously using too. It seems to make my plant grow faster but time will tell. I would purchase it again.
