The Dr.Browns preemie flu bottle nipple is great for my baby. I use to use the level 1 flow which is for 0 months babies, however I would see that my baby would always have lots of milk dripping down the corner of her lips every feed so I switched to this nipples instead and they work so much better for her, she is 1 month and a 1 week old and the slower flow helped reduce the leaking of milk of each feeding!

Perfect for added oatmeal

My 3 month old was using premie Dr. Browns nipples for regular formula, great perfect flow for him. However, we were advised to start adding a little oatmeal to his bottle (severe reflux) so it made the formula consistency thick and would not come through. Tried the size 1, also did not work. I decided to skip to size 3 and they're PERFECT for the thick consistency of the oatmeal bottles.
