I obviously enjoy the 2 main things in these pierogies, but they're so easy to bake up, and so tasty for very little effort. To me that combo of taste, time, and energy needed to prepare make this a nice treat type meal to have ready to go in the freezer on a busy day.

Easy to make

My son who lives in Pa turned me on to these. I had a hard time finding them. Walmart want carrying them. Very very easy to make. All you do is in a large frying pan Lady as many as you're going to eat in a layer of butter. Heat for roughly 8 minutes turn them slightly browning.

You can make a meal out of these. I like them plain but my husband enjoys them with butter or margarine %26 sour cream. I think an alfredo sauce would be another great topping. Add some toasted garlic bread, a side of your favorite beans - and you'll have a healthy, filling meal.
