I suppose these are fine vitamins. My doctor recommended this particular brand so I trust that the quality is good. Only, they didn't help for my conditions as I had hoped (those being insomnia and hair loss) leaving me to assume that the cause of which must not be a lack of magnesium.

Try It For Leg Cramps It Helped Me

I Get excruciating "Charlie Horse" pains in both legs that wake me up almost every night. My doctor suggested that I take Magnesium supplements because I must not be getting enough Magnesium from the food I eat. I sleep better and my leg pains are super low or none at all since I started taking these before bed every night. the doesage is 2 pills after meal once a day. the pills are white medium size. my doctor advised me to take magnesium gylcinate because it's highly absorbancy rate. I feel better after 30 days of taking. it helps with nerve
