Unfortunately, this rating is primarily for the service. I have ordered the 16 inch part baked crust several times and most of the time half of my order is broken and they don't seem to get this is a quality issue related to their service I don't like having to re-order my crust every time I use their service. My customers liked the crust itself, but I have to get four orders.
