This sits well in my stomach early mornings. It really helps wake your gut up %26 helps you regulate daily bowel movements. I feel less bloated when I drink one in the morning before breakfast or with breakfast. The Lala Brand is my favorite specifically this mango one. I buy this very often. my husband and I drink one a day sometimes 2 cause they're so delicious lol these are super affordable compared to these other bitter nasty ones, totally worth the money!
