Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This charcoal works very well and easy to use. Just get it lite and start grilling after the coals aren't bright orange anymore or you may burn your food. It also flavors the meats very well, I definitely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's hard to find here in S Jersey - bought 1 1/2 bags at a yard sale. I use a chimney starter and this lights up quickly. It's a lot easier to control how hot it gets and how long it burns compared to the usual "off the shelf" charcoal.

The Heat is On!

The heat is definitely on when you use Fire & Flavor's natural hardwood lump charcoal. I learned about natural charcoal from my Brazilian boyfriend who I thought was crazy when I purchased charcoal at the grocery store and was informed that it wasn't "real" charcoal. In the past, I had always purchased the briquets. They can't compare to the natural charcoal which is easy to light and maintain high heat. The best part is that when you're finished grilling, you can douse them with water and use them again. It's worth the extra money to purchase natural charcoal over the briquets every day.
