The part you hook up to the door is not strong enough. I am concerned that this item could damage the door, because when you pull, you can feel the plastic part might break. Other than that, it seems to be a good product. I can bench press more than 300 pounds, and I tried these bands in the same position I would use to bench press. The resistance might be a bit less than 300 pounds.
