I bought this flange since the one that comes with the box was too big for me, but now i wish the had an even smaller size, they go from A(21mm) to B(25mm, i think) to C(30mm). A does a fine work but i think its still a tad big

Very comfortable

I love the silicone shields! They're definitely more comfortable thank your typical hard plastic shields. Just make sure you have the right size. I noticed that if you use the wrong size, it can irritate your nipples. Once I got the right size, my let downs were faster and I was able to pump more milk than with my other pump. Highly recommend the silicone shields.
