Very happy for FT camper use

I recently moved into my camper full time to tray out "tiny living" and had to figure out my cooking option. Had to easy, safe around animals (a cat that could jump on the counter), small,/easy to store and ability to use low wattage if needed. I had never owned an induction burner before but have been very pleased! Even on a low setting it's very fast...in fact, you have to get used to the quickness and not burn things. The only thing I don't like is it's hard to keep shiny looking, even when clean.

Microwaving can't do everything. I was missing some stove top items like omletes, simmering sauces, and pasta. I am very pleased with this purchase, I know it will get plenty of use as the weather has cooled down and my cravings for comfort foods will put this to the test.

This is the quickest, most efficient way to heat a ferrous container (%26 whatever it contains). Why not own an induction heater? But the thing I use it for most is sous vide. It controls the temp very well %26 with a fry pan %26 a zip-lock bag gets you there.
