First off, I use the carousel sample all the time. But, this particular order, from Walmart, Never received the order. Even though the USPS said it was delivered. No mail was delivered to our address on the day that they said it was delivered. And the next day we did not get it either. Contacted Walmart chat. They said to check with the neighbors. There are three people on our street and two of the residents have been gone for the entire week. There is no video of the USPS coming to the door and leaving that package at the front step either. Chatted with Walmart on that day to tell them that it hadn't been received. They said to check with the neighbors. Automated responses I'm sure. Can't check with neighbors who aren't there and you can't leave a package for someone else with a neighbor who's not there. Walmart chat did not respond the second day I tried to talk with them. Filed a complaint with the USPS and they're starting an investigation with the delivery driver on this package shipment.
