We tried the magnesium gummies this company makes, and my daughter loved the taste, and texture. Those didn't really help her sleep, and she will refuse to eat regular melatonin gummies. So I had to try these. She loves them. She usually picks pieces off, and eats them. But she ate the whole thing no issue. Definitely recommend.

Worked for my son who has texture issue/Autism
I been doing research on all brands for kids to see what is the best for my son . I knew he has a texture issue with any kind of food sensory . So the flavor being two kinds was a great deal and I was worried about the fact it had sugar coating on there , however it didn't really bother my son as much . He ate them with ease until he realized they might be sleepy gummies lol , but that's all kids so don't them catch on in the future . He do enjoy them still till this day if you're child had autism I would recommend these as well . My son do an sometimes it's given for days he just can't sleep , but is exhausted. If you do give these to your children make sure their sleepy if they aren't sleepy the gummies will be working over time to get their bodies to go.

Helps to relax and fall asleep.
These melatonin gummies really help my grandson relax when he is a little too overstimulated at night to relax and fall asleep. He likes the taste of them which makes dosage easy. He sleeps better and wakes up less at night when we take them.
