Santini Organic Sweetened Condensed Milk 14 fl oz

there's only one way I use this milk. I leave the cans outside in the hot (tropical) sun all summer, and come fall I have cans of caramel/dulce de leche. discovered this process completely by accident after not realizing I'd dropped a can outside, found it months later and wondered if it was still good (I'd bought it for a recipe I never ended up trying). the contents had turned dark brown and I almost tossed it without tasting it. luckily I decided to try a tiny bit. immediately bought more cans. this will be the third summer of caramel, and I plan to do this every summer.

Certainly the cow on the picture looks healthy and alert, but does it mean is the best condensed milk ever, organic or not? The jury is still out on that one, and might not come back as they are enjoying several. 4 Stars.
