This is a very tasty breakfast cereal. i have enjoyed eating it for many years. it is not for young children due to the fact that there are solid nutrients contained in it which require some chewing. there are dried cranberries, as well as cherries. i do not believe there is any sugar added. Enjoy as a snack with some yogurt.
