Bait and switch

Items received in a timely manner, but it was completely wrong floats. Nothing like what I ordered and now they say they don't carry the floats that I ordered from them to start with. Sounds like the bait and switch to me. all responses has been going through Walmart. They haven't chimed in on the situation at all.

The day I received this was so excited. Put it in the water and sat on it and my pool filled up with those tiny white beads everywhere. One of the seams was completely open. I tried to sew it back together but so far unable to do it.
