Bait and switch

Items received in a timely manner, but it was completely wrong floats. Nothing like what I ordered and now they say they don't carry the floats that I ordered from them to start with. Sounds like the bait and switch to me. all responses has been going through Walmart. They haven't chimed in on the situation at all.
