The perfect rub for ribs!

I generally mix and match various rubs depending on what I'm smoking. Since I introduced the original dry rub seasoning into the mixes, I have been dialing back the others and letting this stuff shine through. Fantastic on ribs and pork butt, adds some nice zip to chicken, I also use it in the filling for my stuffed jalapenos. Great blend of flavor with just the right amount of heat where everyone is happy.
