large, light and very nice

this wok gets really hot so plan for utensils that won't warp and melt. After our non stick wok started falling apart, I researched more natural alternatives. cast iron seemed really heavy and fussy to maintain. stainless came up next and all of the advice online from long term users cited this Cuisinart 14 in. it is very big but it's light weight. so far I'm very pleased with how it cooks. it's a little more than I wanted to spend but I do see the value in the quality. many reviewers also said that they had owned this brand/model for decades and I see why.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Cuisinart Chef's Classic Stainless 14" Stir-Fry Pan. I've been cooking my breakfast and dinner in it most every day. It was suggested to use medium heat which I do. If I'm boiling water to steam veggies I'll set the heat on median high till I get it going than drop the heat down to median. The pan is easy to clean with soap and water. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I'm a Cuisinart fan, and having to upgrade all of my cookware after switching from gas to induction it only made sense to upgrade to a Cuisinart walk for compatibility.
