I love it , the coffee is delicious and I steam half and half and makes it even better:) The only thing I don't like very much is that is to noisy when pouring the coffee.

We purchased our first Rivo in December of 2015, and really loved the quality of the product and the how easy it is to use. The frothing cup is great and works really well! When I machine stopped working I contact your customer service and they sent out a replacement machine with in a week! Along with a quality product we are also pleased with the level of service we received from Kuerig's customer service! One very happy customer! Thanks!
