Two adjustable thermostats one per level with variable heat control 155 to 200 degrees. Two safety signal lights -one per level. Lower cabinet may be used as a plate or food warmer - holds up to 12 large plates. Clear sliding doors on lower level are removable . 120 volts / 600 watts / 5 amps / single phase. UL Safety & Sanitary. Buffet Models Only: Stainless chafing pans. Clear polycarbonate lids . Steam pan holder fits over top warming surface. Stainless top pan holder and pans are removable; use top level as warming tray. 2 - 4.3 quart Pans and 1- 2.6 quart Pan and 3 Polycarbonate Lids.
