came fast nice phone did not come with a sim card was a nightmare setting up had to call multiple times couldn't reach an actual human for days had to go into the site and chat to set it up over multiple days. one day I was on chat for over 2 hours! now the Oconee works well, but it is now obsolete and as of 2025 will no longer receive security updates. If I had known I would've gone to something else. great for pictures and large screen. horrible battery life, yet extremely fast charging.

I love the camera on this model, but they are so fragile and so glitchy. This is the second one I've had where the screen random stopped working less than 6 months after ordering. Spend the money on a newer model unless you want to keep replacing this one.
