I already had one set I was looking to get another and was happy that WALMART had it. The seller had it priced for a bit more than what I wanted to pay for especially since I originally bought it from Amazon for cheaper. But WALMART‘s customer service team was able to provide some good customer service and so I still considered with buying the item on WALMART‘s website. I did have some communications with the seller regarding the price and they weren't necessarily rude but not quite warm/friendly either. Nevertheless, I like Rachael Ray's stainless steel product, red is my favorite color and this product has held up for quite some time again I wanted to get a second set because I do cook a lot… I do wish that the smaller sauce pan came with a lid, but other than that barrier, the set is fabulous.

Happy with them.
Bought this for my wife. We are both very happy with the product. The pots/pans are surprisingly heavy, which means they used lots of steel to make them sturdy. The silicon handles are nice because you can handle them without getting burned or using potholders. The only complaint I have is they lack a vent in the lids so you have to watch them to prevent boil-overs. Overall very happy with them though.
