Im a person with sinus and allergy issues. When i found out about the vapor crystals i was anxious to try it. I followed the instructions how much cap full in my steamy bath water. As my water ran thee aroma from the vapors hit me. Okay im i love Dr Teals i added my Dr Teals epsom salt and bubble bath. I must say I soaked the steam from the water when i was done. Removed myself from my bath water i can feel the vapors from my skin. I felt the tense ease from my muscles. For me personally its not to use when sick. I use it because i deal with consistent congestion. I would definitely recommend for the quantity, value of money its worth it

My husband used this when he was all stuffed up with a bad cold!! He dumped a couple of scoops of it in the bottom of the shower and then ran a hot shower over it for it to evaporate ...he did this twice a day for a few days and it really seemed to help him!! He was glad that I bought it for him!! It was very affordable too!! It gave him a lot of relief!!
