I actually prefer this equate nasal inhaler over Vicks. as a side sleeper I've been battling being stuffed up and waking up, just to turn over to the other side and wake up stuffed on that side. trying to blow my nose and nothing comes out,not to mention how dry my mouth is trying to compensate for the lack of air during sleep..
