Fiber for kids
My six year old son has always had constipation issues. Several trips to the hospital hasnât resolved the issue. We started him on these about a year ago and we have seen improvement. He eats one or two every night and absolutely loves them. For review purposes I ate one haha! Not much flavor in my opinion. Same consistancy as you would expect from a gummy. Packaged very well in a tamper proof seal. I encourage anyone including adults that have issues to give these a try.
