I've only made one batch with this for royal icing and it works like a dream. When I was using Wiltons meringue powder it called for like 12 tablespoons. This one does the same thing with only 3 tablespoons. I was shocked! Great job! Will buy again when needed.

Beautiful egg white powder. Flavor is excellent, Ingredient listed is "Eggs", none of that other stuff. The whip, bind, and have all the characteristics of fresh egg whites. I have already suggested these to my cooking friends. Only way to improve this is to supply in a 5 lb container similar to the 1 lb container.
