The product is great. No issues with the actual product. However, packing and shipping from warehouse/ store sucked. Kitty was poorly packaged in a box that was too big with one bubble square that did nothing to stop damage. So when I received it thru shipping, it was so dented in at the top it was cracked open and the pump wasn't able to be attached. Horrible packing and shipping practice. I did get a full refund, same day, and just sent it to my son so he could stop and get another one in store on his way home from work.
