So far, I love this BT headset! It works perfectly and my calls and voice are very clear. I work from home as a call center representative so I really needed a reliable and comfortable BT headset. I was able to just plug and play to my company laptop via the included USB dongle. The cushion on the earphone is really soft and smooth. I also love that it has the charging dock to help keep it from getting knocked around while charging. It seemed to charge really quickly as well. I used it for 8 hours today and it still showed that the battery was full!

This is a great headset at a reasonable price. It covers one ear with an adjustable headband to get a perfect fit.
