Surprisingly good
These are surprisingly good for a gluten free cookie! While the texture is a bit crumbly, the taste is buttery and properly sweet for a shortbread cookie. They go great with coffee or tea and seem like a high-quality product. I'll buy these again for sure.

Nice soft shortbread cookies. Good taste, not too sweet. I do miss their plain shortbread cookies which were discontinued a while ago.
