Shampoo Shipment Goes Awry!

When I received this shampoo, they did a very poor job of wrapping. When I opened the shipping package, there was a lot of shampoo that had oozed out and ended up on my carpet, which required extensive effort to clean it up. The saving grace to this experience was the excellent manner in which Wal Mart handled my complaint. They did what was required to keep me as a customer and I appreciated it.
