These have been a total game changer for how Drug detox is going I also take L-Lysine1000mg L-theanine (300mg in the morning 200 mg bedtime) both on empty stomach in the morning w NAC! I take it with morninga powder 2xs daily 1tsp @ a time in the US YOU MUST have supplements (moringa mushroom mix) I always thought I was in pain from injuries and age but it's literally JUST MALNUTRITION it's not normal to hurt aging. Pls try these supplements even for just brain health you don't need to be an addcit ect.
