Had it unopened in refrigerator for 3 weeks. Needed a quick afternoon snack for my husband and I. Headed the queso in boiling water. Once headed, I added small thin strips of left over fajita from last nights dinner with the hot queso in a serving bowl. I am a wimp and this mild queso had good flavor and not so hot I could not enjoy it. Easy clean up too! Will buy it again.

This Nacho cheese is good consistency, you do not have to heat it up if you do not want to to make it thinner, because it already has that thinner consistency, kind of reminds me of maybe Taco Bell or something that you would get at a restaurant. But I like it a lot, and it's perfect for me!
