Oster Pro Series Kitchen System, XL Blender and Food Processor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent blender! For a professional blender it ia a decent size. It doesn't take up a lot of space on my counter. No pesky buttons that accumulate dust or food debris. It is easy to clean and for a momma like me that is a major plus! I can make my sofrito in seconds! It chops ice with ease and my smoothies come out so creamy. I highly recommend this blender!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Oster Pro Series System is a great blender-and-food-processor combo. The 1000 Watts of power chopped up dates for my Raw Brownie Bites, which is a pretty big challenge for a blender. I like how the blade is removable in case I ever need to replace it like I have on my old blender. I miss having a glass pitcher, but hopefully the plastic one will last. At first I didn't realize that you have to hold the power button for 1 second to turn it on/off, so be aware of that. The food processor also works nicely. It was so much easier to make salsa than chopping by hand! The "salsa" button does repeated pulsing for you, or you can use the "pulse" button. It's a nice system that I will enjoy having in my kitchen.
