The look of this reminds me of open faced roast beef sandwiches. Small, thin slices with same stringiness when piece pulled apart. 4 stars because the taste with gravy needs tweaking. Texture of "meat" %26 nostagia factor 5 stars. I wouldn't add salt to this, salty enough. I added low sodium soy sauce, worcheshire sauce, garlic, onion, Kitchen Bouquet, rosemary, thyme, oregano, bay leaf, spoon of brewed espresso with cooked veggies %26 reduced gravy down. Used avocado butter at the end to finish off the stew made with it. Turned out delicious!

I love how you wouldn't be able to tell that this roast beef is plant-based. It tastes so good and not too dry. For someone who really likes tacos, this seems to be a healthier and a more filling option. It is also juicy and tender. I added cilantro, tomatoes and cucumber to my taco and would definitely make more recipes when I purchase more. I love their whole line up and can never go wrong with these. This is perfect for serving variety when hosting a group with different dietary restrictions. I'd say try it out.
