This commercial machine is constructed from heavy grade aluminum to ensure long-lasting durability. The polycarbonate NSF food grade approved plastic ice tub made by Rummbermaid and easily slides in and out from underneath the ice shaver, and is virtually indestructible. Includes a serving scoop.
