So this has got to be some military grade Velcro. If someone is injured, disabled or elderly they'll need help getting it on. The first few times it wore me out but I guess I got better at it. I have neuropathy from chemo and this helps the feeling I have in my feet like electricity is vibrating through them and the muscle cramping I have in my feet. I wear them every night. I especially love the best setting.
