Something's changed for the worse

We've enjoyed Jacob coffee several times in the past years, but this batch was not very good. I thought maybe I was just imagining it, but my German mother said she also noticed the Jacob coffee isn't nearly as good as it used to be. I wonder if they decided to start exporting lower quality beans to the US. Any way, we won't be buying it again.
