Great for muscle soreness!

Having not worked out in quite some time, I hit the gym with a friend for arm day. Two days later I felt like my arms were going to fall off. I was almost to the point of going home from work. I had this delivered to work and within 2 hours the bulk of the pain was gone. It was still sore but not like it was. The flavors okay, kind of like an off-brand airhead. To be fair though, as good as it works, it could taste like cough syrup and I would drink it! I love this product!
